Join us for a print making workshop with Melbourne artist David Frazer as part of a public program of events for the Art on the Page exhibition at the University of Melbourne’s Noel Shaw Gallery. Art on the Page showcases the astonishing, little-known book illustration work of a number of the world’s finest artists including Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse, Antoni Tàpies, Marc Chagall, David Hockney and Joan Miró. Their original woodcuts, lithographs, etchings, tableaux and engravings—of the type normally found on the gallery wall—accompany the work of revered writers including Vladimir Mayakovsky, James Joyce, Oscar Wilde, Emily Brontë and Guillaume Apollinaire.

David Frazer will be holding the print workshop in the Dulcie Hollyock Room on the Ground Floor of the Baillieu Library, The University of Melbourne Parkville between 11:00am and 3:00pm.
