Philip Hodgins Memorial Medal Dinner
Mildura Writers Festival
The Philip Hodgins Memorial Medal is awarded annually to an Australian writer whose work best reflects the high standards and distinguished literary accomplishments that Philip Hodgins consistently advocated and exemplified in his poetry.
The 2018 Judge is Barry Hill who will present the winner with a unique medal created by Mildura artist Jim Curry and a cash prize of $5,000. The evening includes remarks by the winner and readings of Philip Hodgins' poetry.
