The Kat Muscat Fellowship: Celebrating 5 Years
9 November 2020
Join us on 9 November at 6pm AEDT for a special online event marking five years of the Kat Muscat Fellowship, and celebrating the opening of entries for the 2021 Fellowship.
Hear from past fellows, including Bri Lee, Ana Maria Gomides, Liana Skrzypczak and current fellow Maddie Godfrey. Hosted by Fellowship chair Veronica Sullivan, the fellows will share reflections on their experiences with the Fellowship, their writing journeys, and what Kat Muscat’s mantra of Defiance, Feminism, Empathy means to them.
This online event will be free to watch – stay tuned for the video link.
Due to live gathering restrictions, this year’s Blue Breakfast has been postponed. We hope you can join us for this online event instead!
The annual Blue Breakfast raises funds for both The Kat Muscat Fellowship, an annual award presented by Express Media to support writers and editors of marginalised genders, and Beyond Blue, an organisation tackling stigma and discrimination and promoting good mental health. We hope to reschedule the Blue Breakfast for early 2021, with Maddie Godfrey as special guest. Please stay tuned for details.
