Kon Karapanagiotidis is well known in Melbourne as the founder and CEO of the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre in Footscray. Kon has co-written a Greek vegetarian cookbook with his mother Sia. All profits from the sale of the cookbook will be going to the ASRC and Fairfieldbooks is donating $5 from each ticket booked to the ASRC. We will be talking about food but also about the ASRC and the important role they play in helping asylum seekers.
