Join us on Wednesday 13 June at 6pm for an evening of reading and conversation with poet and critic, Bonny Cassidy.
The Salon Series brings together our community of writers and readers in a program of informal readings and discussions, right here in the intimate setting of the bookshop. Join us at 6pm on the second Wednesday of every month.
No bookings required, wine on the house.
Bonny Cassidy is the author of four poetry collections, including Final Theory (2014) and Chatelaine (2017) published by Giramondo. She has participated in festivals and residencies in Ireland, South Korea, Canada and Japan. Her criticism and essays on Australian poetry and poetics have been published nationally and internationally. Bonny co-edited the anthology, Contemporary Australian Feminist Poetry (Hunter, 2016) and she is Feature Reviews Editor for Cordite Poetry Review. Bonny has taught creative writing and literary studies for over ten years, and currently manages the BA Creative Writing at RMIT University.
