Book Launch: The Vegetable
Books for Cooks
Every now & then, a book leaps off the page of the publisher's catalogue and screams COOK ME!
The Vegetable - is one of those books.
Vegetable and plant based cooking are hot topics at present for many reasons - but for us - it's always about the food. The Vegetable is an essential collection of 130 plant-based recipes featuring fresh flavours and exciting combinations that will delight anyone looking to eat more vegetables.
With recipes for dishes large and small as well as sauces and pickles, The Vegetable is the perfect companion for simple dinners and feasts with friends alike over summer.
