We are thrilled to have Brigid Delaney talk about her new book, Reasons Not to Worry with Catherine Andrews.
This is the book we all need right now, making sense of the chaos and some helpful ways to work through it all- using ancient principles of Stoicism. As always, Delaney just nails it, taking the temperature of the times as she does with her columns for the Guardian.
