Hares and Hyenas
The Second Saturday Book Club is a queer (LGBTIQA+) book group meeting at Hares & Hyenas, Melbourne’s queer and alternative book shop, cafe and performance venue. Not restricted by gender or orientation, we read some of the best books that fit under the rainbow umbrella. We meet on the Second Saturday each month, from 11 am until 12.30 pm. We began in February 2016. We welcome anyone to attend, whether you have finished the book, just started the book, watched the film of the book, or are interested in reading the book.
