On Tuesday 7 May, Melbourne chef, owner of the award winning restaurant Annam, and the immensely popular Pho Nom restaurants, and now author, Jerry Mai will be joining us for the Melbourne launch of her new book: Street Food Vietnam.

Street Food Vietnam is Jerry’s homage to the food of her community, family and childhood. As a chef, Jerry has had many influences working in illustrious kitchens including Dandelion, Ezard, Gingerboy, Seamstress, and David Thompson’s Nahm but it is her family heritage and the food of her Vietnamese childhood that is perhaps her biggest influence.
This is a wonderfully authentic book, from a chef at the top of her game cooking the Vietnamese food that Melbourne loves.
