The Paperback Salon Series brings together our community of writers and readers in a program of informal readings and discussions, right here in the intimate setting of the bookshop. Join us every second Wednesday at 6pm, no bookings required, glass of wine on the house.
Join us for a glass of wine and to hear Stella Prize shortlisted author, Catherine de Saint Phalle, in conversation with Paperback bookseller and writer Anna MacDonald.
Catherine de Saint Phalle has been published in France by Actes-Sud, Buchet-Chastel and Sabine Wespieser Editeur. She is also the author of On Brunswick Ground (Transit Lounge 2015), published in France as Sous un Ciel Immense. Poum and Alexandre is her first work of non-fiction and was shortlisted for the 2017 Stella Prize. A tutor and translator, she lives in Melbourne with her partner, Paul Croucher, a poet and bookseller. And she would not think of living anywhere else in the world.
