MPAC Presents Family Fiesta!

Bring your kids along for four days of fun in the winter school holidays as we unveil the stage adaptation of the classic tale The Velveteen Rabbit, and readings from favourite authors live on stage. It’s a jam-packed program of literature, art and live performance from 28 June – 1 July.

Come and see legendary author and national treasure Mem Fox live on stage sharing all the adventures of 40 years of Possum Magic.

Comedian, musician, author and radio host Sammy J narrates The Carnival of the Animals live on stage in the Alexander Theatre.

Channel Ten’s The Project regular Claire Hooper presents an afternoon of laughter, cheer and cheekiness as she reads from her book Princess Benjamina Has a Very Cheeky Bum.

Celebrate the exciting return of Wylah: The Koorie Warrior in this interactive, creative workshop with authors Jordan, a proud Peek Whurrong man, and Richard, an Indigenous Samoan.

Join us for this and more at the Ian Potter Centre for Performing Arts!

Suitable for children of all ages.
