If you love animals, stories and drawing, then sharpen your pencils, smooth out your paper and get together your favourite textas for a session of sketching, hatching and brainstorming with author and illustrator Lucinda Gifford. We’ll look at storyboarding, illustration and developing a fun character through:

• Using shapes
• Clever pen and pencil tricks
• Drawing fur
• Making our characters look more real
• Hatching and shading skills

Every participant sh ould have their own wonderful selection of furry characters by the end of the day. There'll be time for questions and a chat at the end. This session is for ages 8-12 .
