Squishface Studio is a workspace for professional and emerging comics artists, illustrators and animators. We opened in Brunswick in 2011, and we're celebrating Squishface's 12th year by throwing the doors open and giving you a peek at the new Squishface office in South Melbourne! At 12pm MR BERNARD CALEO will officially launch Squishbook. Come down any time from 10am-2pm and you'll find us in Studio Hall's community hall space, drawing, being festive and eating things which include but are not limited to CAKE! We're located at Studio Hall, on the grounds of St Kilda South Port Uniting Church. There's many ways to get here, including via the 1, 12 or 96 trams (we also like the 58 + a 10 min walk), and the 236 bus from Queen Vic market. We're a 2 min walk from South Melbourne market.
