When Bendigo became a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, the city joined a Victorian network that is creating all kinds of opportunities in surprising ways. Karen Corr is joined by Janet Bromley (Bendigo), Christine Silvestroni (Geelong) and Tara Poole (Ballarat) for a discussion about priorities and outcomes, and why creativity is so important to vibrancy, local economies & community wellbeing.
