The 2019 AALITRA Symposium will explore methods and protocols for translating Australian Indigenous languages, the translation of French and Swedish traditional tales and the particular experience of translating a unique book form the Persian (Farsi) - 'a form of literary experimentation' 'incorporating myth and folklore' ...
UNESCO's International Year of Indigenous Languages and the ILF (Indigenous Literacy Fund) will be highlighted.
