Join us at the University of Melbourne for an industry forum on Publishing and South Asia featuring international guest, publisher Arpita Das of Yoda Press (India), and Dr Nathan Hollier, Melbourne University Publishing (MUP), moderated by Associate Professor Beth Driscoll.

GUESTS
Arpita Das is the Founder-Publisher of Yoda Press. Arpita leads the Yoda Press Workshops Series for Authors and Editors and is a Member of the Executive Board of PublisHer (www.womeninpublishing.org). She is also visiting faculty at Ashoka University. Arpita writes on book culture, gender, popular culture and bibliotherapy. Her most recent essay 'Jaipur Literature Festival, the Gendered Literary Field, and the MeToo Movement in India' was published in Memoires du Livre/Studies in Book Culture journal.

Dr Nathan Hollier is CEO and Publisher of Melbourne University Press and a member of the Scholarly and Journals Committee of the Australian Publishers Association. He is a past Director of Monash University Press, past Editor of Overland magazine and was founding Chair of the Small Press Network.
