About Elise Valmorbida
Italian Australian author Elise Valmorbida won the Victorian Premier’s Literary Award 2019 for her fourth novel, The Madonna of the Mountains, published internationally in several languages to critical acclaim. She has written three works of non-fiction; the latest (just published) is The Happy Writing Book, a positive guide to creative writing and wellbeing, inspired by her 20+ years of experience as writer-teacher.
