Over 40 years’ experience running sheep and cattle in New South Wales have built Charles Massy’s knowledge about transformation and innovation in not just the sheep industry but also in regenerative landscape management. His book, Call of the Reed Warbler, was a revelation for many readers, searching for ways forward, in collaboration with Aboriginal knowledge, for sustainable farming. Claire Flanagan-Smith talks to Charles about his life, his learning and his quest to help others find hope on the land.
