Flood waters, flames, ultraviolet light, and absent-mindedness: what do all of these things have in common? They are all enemies of books. Join conservator Alice Cannon for a discussion of how books can be lost, destroyed, damaged and saved. The talk will be accompanied by a small display of damaged books from the Museum's library.
