Williamstown Literary Festival

Hobsons Bay Libraries

Event Date: 18 June 2016 to 19 June 2016
Author / Presenters: Stay Curious at the Willy Lit Fest

Hobsons Bay Libraries is a proud partner of the Williamstown Literary Festival which will be celebrating its 13th year in 2016 as the biggest literary festival in the western suburbs of Melbourne.

The theme of this year's Willy Lit Fest is STAY CURIOUS. We will explore ideas around staying open minded, being a learner and keeping our minds agile; as well as ageing well.

We'll also look at the idea that curiosity drives us into the pages of books; curiosity has us asking questions about our world; and about how our communities might be better and happier. We'll explore how curiosity fuels the discovery of fascinating family stories and sometimes, complex relationships.

The line up this year is amazing and you are invited to get up close and personal with your favourite authors; Steve Bracks, Andy Griffiths, Rosalie Ham, Sophie Laguna, Morris Gleitzman, Rosalie Ham, Nick Gadd, George Megalogenis and many more.

Saturday 18 & Sunday 19 June
Williamstown Town Hall
104 Ferguson Street
