On International Women's Day 2019, PEN Melbourne invites you to remember imprisoned women writers. We are joined by writer and academic, Dr Judith Armstrong, Honorary Fellow, School of Languages and Linguistics, University of Melbourne.

Join us in supporting solidarity, safety, education, access, and equality for all women and girls and remembering poets, essayists, novelists, journalists, bloggers - independent voices of dissent - unjustly silenced by persecution and imprisonment.

We will put on wine and nibbles, and tea and coffee.

Entry is $5 (+ Eventbrite booking fee)
