Calling all foodies...Eastern Regional Libraries is thrilled to present “A Taste of China”!
Realm Library, Ringwood will host best-selling Hong Kong authors Kei Lum Chan and Diora Fong Chan when they showcase their new Chinese cooking bible "China: The Cookbook" complete with sample tastings, specially prepared from the book.
The stunning book published by Phaidon is edged with gold leaf and explains the history of Chinese cooking with 800 recipes to tempt the palate. The talented pair are said to have an unrivaled knowledge of cuisines and cooking techniques, regularly imparting their expert advice to international restaurants.
