IN One Act; Play Readings
Yarra Libraries
In its third year, In One Act is an annual creative development program for new and emerging playwrights. It is offered by Yarra Libraries in partnership with Melbourne Writers’ Theatre. Join us for two public play-reading performances - the exciting culmination of this dynamic program, presented within the professional theatre setting of Richmond Theatrette. In this program, which in 2019 has been facilitated by experienced playwright and dramaturg Christine Croyden, each participant has developed skills in play writing while working towards the creation of their own original short play. A selection of plays deemed ready for showcasing will be presented to the wider public at these two Play-Reading Performances, which will feature experienced actors and be directed by Mazz Ryan.
Play-reading Performances:
17/07/2019 – 6:30pm - 8:30pm - Richmond Theatrette
18/07/2019 – 6:30pm - 8:30pm - Richmond Theatrette
