Lovelands with Dr Debra Campbell

Frankston City Libraries

Event Date: 4 June 2018
Author / Presenters: Dr Debra Campbell

Dr Debra Campbell is an author, psychologist and former university lecturer in ‘relationships’. Debra worked as a psychologist in private practice for a number of years consulting on everything from relationships to panic, depression and grief.

She was also a couple therapist at Relationships Australia, leaving to collaborate with author/psychotherapist Dr Francis Macnab on thought-leadership in wellbeing, relationships and spirituality. In her book Lovelands she writes of growing up, struggling with love and relationships, being an actor and both sides of therapy – patient and therapist.

This talk focuses on how to free yourself up from the echoes of painful experiences and struggles and explore what helps us to become our own hero. You'll leave with some good ideas and skills to employ. There will also be time for you to ask Debra questions about personal growth, relationships and any other aspects of mental health and psychology.

Bookings essential from Monday 21 May.
