Victoria’s iconic Western District is the setting for this cracker of a crime novel featuring art sleuth, Alex Clayton and her faithful sidekick, Hogarth, the Irish wolfhound.

With conflict about the future of a historic sheep station and its place in an ancient and highly significant indigenous landscape as well as intriguing insights into Australia’s art history, Katherine Kovacic’s latest mystery is both thrilling and fascinating.

Join us as Katherine Kovacic reveals her love of art and the history of human relationships with animals, and how that impacts her heroine Alex Clayton and the beloved Hogarth.
