Join sound recordist, university lecturer and writer, Dr Michael Kitson, in this workshop that focuses on the use of sound in film and literature. Discover tools and techniques to enhance the atmosphere in a novel, screenplay or on screen.

Dr Michael Kitson is a writer, academic and career bookseller. He studied Cinema Journalism at the British Film Institute and has published extensively on cinema while working as a location sound recordist for film. He teaches across the spectrum of creative writing and his book reviews appear in The Weekend Australian.
