Join writer, curator and academic Ariele Hoffman as she leads these conversations around Edition 251: The Jews of Ukraine, unpacking this rich and tumultuous culture and history.
In this series of conversations, you will explore many essays including journalist, artist and editor Vladislav Davidzon’s, who covers the turbulent history and uncertain future of a community whose fate has often had repercussions for the world beyond. Critic and writer Tali Lavi explores the unusual Yiddish renaissance unfolding in Melbourne, and Jakub Nowakowski, curator and author, examines non-Jewish Polish people’s growing interest in Jewish culture.
Sessions for Edition 251: The Jews of Ukraine, can be booked individually or as a group of four (group discount will apply if you book all four sessions upfront and you will receive Edition 251 free, to collect.)
Articles will be provided to participants ahead of time so that you can come prepared to share your thoughts with the group.
