Since 2012, Stella Prize has championed outstanding writing by Australian women and non-binary authors, advancing gender equity and driving cultural change across the nation. Past winners – such as Evelyn Araluen, Jess Hill, Sarah Holland-Batt, Charlotte Wood and Alexis Wright – have left an indelible mark on the nation’s literary landscape. At this special event at The Wheeler Centre, host Inala Cooper will announce the highly anticipated 2025 Stella Prize shortlist.
