A Flower for Moses
Melbourne Writers Theatre
'A Flower for Moses' is a compelling new Australian stage play about love, denial, and the secrets we carry inside us. Acclaimed actor Uschi Felix (Marlene Dietrich: Perfect Illusion) is joined on stage by veteran performer Clare Larman and exciting newcomer Daniel Deards in this theatrical 'whodunnit', which will keep the audience guessing to the last minute.
A pound of butter, a wintery sky, Trentham ... these are Germaine's clues, but can she piece them together to solve the crime that has haunted her since 1954? Always mysterious, sometimes humorous, and rich throughout in historical flashbacks of wartime Victoria, 'A Flower for Moses' will appeal to theatre-lovers seeking a special, made-in-Melbourne theatrical experience.
This play will be presented in the 60-seat Studio Theatre at Gasworks Arts Park, promising audiences an intimate evening of storytelling - one in which they will be drawn into Germaine's secretive past and, clue by clue, will help to solve the crime with her.
