This unique made-in-Melbourne production features four entertaining short plays inspired by the famous Queen Victoria Market. A ghostly shopper; a juicy secret; a surprise encounter in Shed B, a mysterious Fruit and Vegetables queen - if you thought you knew all of the secrets that this market had to offer, prepare to be surprised! A rich theatrical experience for anyone who loves the Queen Vic, live theatre or just a good story.

75 minutes of market magic.

The four short plays in 'Six Degrees at a Hot Melbourne Market' were written by members of Melbourne Writers' Theatre (www.melbournewriterstheatre.org.au) and submitted anonymously o our judging panel, so that they could be selected purely on merit. This is how MWT ensures that writers of all levels of experience receive the same opportunity to have their work developed and presented on stage by us.
