Our guests for this month’s darkly brilliant double bill are Cath Ferla and Tania Chandler.
Local writers read from work they admire, as well as something of their own. Followed by well-lubricated discussions, reminiscent of an old-style writers’ salon.
Cath is a cross-platform writer with a background in journalism, educational publishing, television screenwriting and script editing. Her debut crime novel, Ghost Girls has been shortlisted for the 2017 Davitt awards in the categories of best debut and best fiction.
Tania is a Melbourne-based writer, published in Australia, the UK and Germany. Both her books were shortlisted for Davitt awards, and her debut novel, Please Don’t Leave Me Here, was also shortlisted for a Ned Kelly award and selected for State Library Victoria’s Summer Read program. Tania is currently working on a third book.
