Join Hamed Allahyari, author and owner of SalamaTea, in conversation with food writer Dani Valent about their new book ‘Salamati’ a celebration of Persian culinary culture. Be inspired by stories about Hamed’s journey to Australia from Iran and how he brought the love of his country’s cuisine with him.
This event will also include a cooking demonstration.
