Unlikeable Heroes & Sensitive Souls: How to Craft a Believable Protagonist
Nottingham is a City of Literature
Time zone in Nottingham, UK (GMT+1)
Creating a convincing main character is one of the most essential parts of writing fiction. They are, after all, the voice that will make or break a reader's connection with your story. Using a mixture of discussion, advice and guided writing exercises, this interactive workshop will help to uncover the ways in which we can build the best characters for our plots.
The aim of the two hour workshop is to give writers the tools to create varied, believable protagonists that work hard to compliment their plotlines and genres.
