DESCRIPTION:Comic books creation workshops and a short history introduction to comic books and animation art.  \nEast Melbourne Library \nJuly Holidays\nAll ages\, students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the workshop.  \n\n\n\nStaff supervisors work in publishing\, editing\, writing and creative arts\, and have experience as integration aides in a classroom context. \n\nComic Book Wonder gives primary age students\, older teens and young adults the opportunity to explore comic book wonder. The workshop also encourages family engagement with creativity. \nParticipate in a long comic drawing stretching across the floor. \nThrough participation you have the opportunity to have your work presented online at Osborne\nand Fawkner. \n\nEach workshop day is a one hour celebration of COMIC BOOK WONDER. Following on from the amazing workshops in 2025 we are bringing you multiple sessions to CELEBRATE COMIC BOOK ART! \n​ \nFun prizes are awarded after the session\, which include; comics\, comic book characters\, collector cards and animation related figurines.  \n​ \nThrough these activities participants will develop creative language\, learn some fun facts and interact and engage with people within the publishing industry.  \n  \nOn purchasing tickets you have read all terms of conditions.* \nWorkshop \nTime: 1 hour \nTickets: $25.00 \nPrizes  \nPublishing opportunity
