Transform Your Writing: 2027 fiction writers’ retreat
Kelly Gardiner
What’s the story you want to tell? How will you tell it?
Bookings are now open for our June 2027 fiction intensive weekend.
This residential masterclass is hosted by Dr Kelly Gardiner, author, editor, and creative writing teacher. She will guide you through developing your story and creating a compelling story world, to support your mastery of essential writing tools and techniques, and deepen your understanding of the craft and connection to that story and many others.
Together, we’ll focus on:
- Getting words down on the page
- Story development for fiction projects
- Mastering vital tools in your writer’s toolbox such as voice, place and character
- Creating a writing practice that suits you
- Tips and techniques for craft, planning and research.
The 2027 retreat is a three night/three day retreat, on the King’s Birthday holiday weekend in June. It is fully residential at Continental House, a freshly renovated heritage guesthouse in beautiful Hepburn Springs, Victoria.
These retreats usually book out, so don't miss out.
