A common challenge is that you know what you need to write. You want to write it. And instead you've been opening the document, looking at it, and closing it again for the past three weeks.

Or not even opening it.

Procrastination about writing is rarely about laziness. It's almost always about something more specific and more interesting than that. Fear of getting it wrong. Fear of finishing. Fear that the project isn't as good as you need it to be. Fear of what comes after finishing. Fear, somewhere underneath everything, that the time and care you've invested in this won't be enough.

This masterclass is about understanding that fear, and writing anyway.

You'll leave with:

  • A clear understanding of what's underneath your particular version of avoidance

  • Practical, immediate ways to get back into a project you've been circling

  • A bridge strategy for making each writing session easier to return to

  • The distinction between resistance, depletion, and information and what each needs

  • A done list that proves to your brain that finishing is possible

Who this is for

  • Writers who know what they need to write and can't quite make themselves do it

  • Writers circling a project that matters to them but keeps not getting started

  • Writers who start things and struggle to sustain them through to the end

  • Anyone whose inner critic is loudest the moment they sit down to write

Format: Interactive and engaging (not a lecture). Cameras optional. Recording available with no time limit.
