Dandenong Ranges Literary Festival
Join award-winning writer and artist Zeno for a creative and inspiring session for children at Belgrave Library.
Zeno is the creator of the much‑loved picture books This Small Blue Dot and My Strange Shrinking Parents. His latest book, Once I Was a Giant, won the 2026 Victorian Premier’s Literary Award for Children’s Literature and the (ABIA) Book of the Year Award 2026 and the CBCA Picture Book of the Year Award 2026.
During this interactive session, Zeno will read Once I Was a Giant, share his creative process, lead a range of fun art activities, and work with children to create their own small picture book.
Copies of Zeno's book will be available for purchase on the day.
